Are you able to get something you dont have on your site?
Yes! If there’s something you want that’s not listed on our website, just contact us on Instagram@Sueloluxe_ or email Sueloluxe@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the item so we can help you better.
When will I get my order?
This varies on the shipping selection you chose at checkout we currently offer a 9-11 Business Day shipping and a 14-16 Business ay shipping. Please keep in mind Business days do not include national holidays or weekends.
How does sizing run?
Our sizes run true to size. If you’re a half size, we recommend sizing up for the best fit. For example, if you normally wear a 9.5, we suggest going with a size 10.
Are you legit?

What if my package gets lost?
If it is determined your package was lost your order will be reshipped free of charge!
